BTEUP- Board Of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh former State Board Of Technical Education and Training was set up in the state in May, 1958.
In 1962 it was named Board of Technical Education.
The Board of has been constituted under U.P. Pravidhic Shiksha Adhiniyam – 1962.
The board provides technical education with 73 different disciplines of one year, two year, three year and four year durations to students in Uttar Pradesh.
Three year major disciplines like Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering branches.
